CO2 balance - almost zero carbon emissions

As trees grow they absorb carbon dioxide from the air, the amount of carbon dioxide that a tree fixes during its life is released again in the same quantity, whether the timber is burnt or decomposes.

The CO2 emission from the combustion of wood pellet fuel is no higher than the emission for natural decomposition. Wood pellet boilers therefore contribute to a more balanced environment when comapred to fossil fuels and many other biomass materials.

CO2 reductions in the right place

Space heating and hot water account for around 89 percent of energy consumed in an average household, making it by far the largest part of the energy costs for UK consumers. Cost escalations and supply shortfalls in the fossil fuel market are now extremely common.
