What is the cost of a system, and what grants are available?

The first point of contact for anyone interested in an Organic Energy solar water heating system or an Ökofen automatic wood pellet boiler system is our Welshpool headquarters. Please contact us with details of your particular requirements, or visit our showroom and training centre to see the technologies available for yourself. We are more than happy to discuss your situation on the phone or in person to ascertain whether your property and location are suitable, what options would best suit your needs, and which grants are available to you.

1. Contact Organic Energy to discuss suitability of your project and available options.
2. We will outline a specification and price based on your requirements, and liaise with your architect or contractor if required.
3. If necessary we can arrange for an Organic Energy installer to conduct a site visit and survey of your property.
4. We will then provide a written quote and help you to apply for any grants available. If you accept our quote and obtain the grants, we will commence with the business of designing and ordering your system from the manufacturers.
5. Delivery and installation of your system can then take place. When complete, we will arrange your first fuel delivery (for Ökofen automatic wood pellet systems) and commission your system.
6. Continued support is of course available: customers are welcome to telephone at any time with questions and queries. Trained installers carry out annual maintenance and servicing. And you have the complete assurance of the Organic Energy fuel supply guarantee should you have any difficulty in obtaining wood pellets at any point in the future.
