What about fuel supply?

Ökofen automatic wood pellet heating systems are designed for bulk fuel supply. This method of delivery is common in mature pellet markets such as Austria and Finland, providing cheaper bulk purchase prices, dust-free filling and maximum duration of time between refills. The Organic Energy company currently works with several fuel producers and suppliers in the UK and Ireland to offer this type of delivery service.

At the Organic Energy company, we guarantee a supply of wood pellets to all boilers we sell. In this way, as a customer you can make the switch to this clean biofuel with complete confidence, and we can ensure that all our wood pellet boilers are fed with fuel of a suitable quality.

Our fuel supply guarantee does unfortunately mean that there are certain places in the UK to which we will not supply a boiler at present. It would be foolhardy to install an Ökofen wood pellet heating system in the Shetland Isles, for example! However, the UK pellet industry is expanding fast to cover new areas so at some point this may become possible; in the meantime you can rest assured that if we sell you a wood pellet heating system, we will guarantee you a supply of wood pellets to go with it.
